Ingredients: 1 cup Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup; 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa; 1/2 teaspoon vanilla; 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder; 1 tablespoon (15 ml) warm water; 2 tablespoons Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup; 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Chocolate Syrup: In small bowl combine corn syrup and cocoa ; stir until blended. Stir in vanilla. Store covered in refrigerator. Coffee Syrup: In small bowl combine coffee powder and water ; stir until coffee dissolves. Stir in corn syrup and vanilla. Store covered in refrigerator.

Method

To Make Ice Cream Sodas: In tall glass, stir 1/4 cup milk and 3 tablespoons chocolate or coffee syrup until well blended. Add 2 scoops ice cream. Fill with chilled club soda or seltzer.
