French Kiss Cocktail
Make simple syrup by combining boiled water with corn syrup, set aside to cool completely. Add 1 tbsp of Raspberry Chambord to each champagne flute, followed by 1 tbsp of cooled simple syrup. Give it a gentle stir to combine. Top off with your bubbly of choice and garnish with cotton candy. (See cotton candy recipe)
